Short version: the cards you make are built in your browser and are not sent to us.
Your cards and drafts
- Titles, prompts and settings you type are processed in your browser. The PDF and PNG files are created on your device.
- If you add a logo or photo to the center square, it is resized in your browser and kept with your settings on this device. It is never uploaded. It is included in drafts and exported settings files, so remove it before sharing a settings file if it’s private.
- If you click Save draft, your settings are stored in this browser’s local storage, on this device only. They are not encrypted and anyone using the same browser profile could see them. Use Clear saved draft on shared computers.
- While you edit, a working copy is kept in this tab’s session storage so going Back doesn’t lose your work. It’s removed when the tab closes.
- Your paper size choice (US Letter or A4) is remembered in local storage.
- Settings files you export are downloaded to your device. Nothing is uploaded.
- Share links contain only the public template name, never your title or edits.
Information our hosting provider may record
This site is hosted by Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare processes technical information, such as IP addresses and request data, to deliver and protect the site. See Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy for its data handling and retention practices.
Analytics
No analytics service is currently connected. If one is added, it will be listed here before it’s turned on, and it will receive only coarse events (for example, “a PDF was made from the Office template with 11–30 cards”), never your prompts, titles, or anyone’s name.
Advertising
This site doesn’t show ads right now and loads no advertising scripts. If ads are added later, this section will be updated before they start, with the provider’s name and the privacy choices available to you. The card editor and your files will stay ad-free.
Cookies
The site itself sets no cookies at present. Browser storage used for drafts and your paper size is described above.
Children
The site is written for adults organizing events. It is not directed at children and doesn’t knowingly collect information from them.
