Bridal Shower Find the Guest Bingo

A find-the-guest mingling game for bridal and wedding showers, where guests track down someone who fits each square and ask them to sign. This is not gift-opening bingo; play it as guests arrive, before gifts, or alongside them.

  • 4×4 grid
  • 70 prompts to pick from
  • US Letter & A4
  • Host instructions included

Free, no sign-up. Every card in a batch is different. You can edit the title and prompts before you print.

Who it’s for

  • Showers that mix friends, coworkers, and family
  • The first half hour while guests arrive and settle in
  • Hosts who want an activity besides gift-opening games
  • Showers for any couple

How to play

  1. Give each player a card and a pen. Players write their name at the top.
  2. Players talk to each other. When someone fits a square, that person signs it. Nobody signs their own card.
  3. By default each person can sign a card once and the first full row, column, or diagonal wins. In the generator you can allow two signatures or switch to “most squares in a set time.”
  4. Plan on about 15–20 minutes for a 4×4 card. That’s a suggestion; adjust it to your group.

Tips for hosting

  • Hand out cards and pens at the door so guests can start as soon as they arrive.
  • Play before gifts: 15–20 minutes of mingling makes the gift-opening part feel friendlier because people know each other.
  • If guests are seated in a circle for gifts, let them keep playing quietly by trading cards with their neighbors.
  • Ask the guest of honor to sign cards too; guests enjoy getting that signature.
  • Most prompts mention "the guest of honor"; if you're celebrating a couple, you can edit those to name them both.

Printing

  • Use the Wedding theme in color, or pick black & white and print on a pastel cardstock that matches your decorations.
  • Two cards per page saves paper, and the half-page size fits easily on a lap or a small side table.
  • Print a few extra cards for late arrivals.
  • Print at 100% (“Actual size”). More detail in How to print bingo cards on US Letter or A4.

Questions

Is this the bingo where guests mark off gifts as they're opened?

No. Gift-opening bingo is a different game. This is a find-the-guest card: each square describes a person, and players find a guest who fits it. Many hosts run this one first and save gift bingo for later.

Does it assume a bride and a groom?

No. Prompts refer to the guest of honor or the couple, so the card works for any couple. You can change the title and any prompt before printing.

Our shower is only about 15 guests. Will the game still work?

Yes. With one signature per person, each player can collect up to 14 signatures, which is plenty for a line on a 4×4 card. Play to the first line, or allow two signatures per person for a full card.
